Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ibcbet. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your ibcbet account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through the Platform. ibcbet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

• You must keep your ibcbet login password confidential and must not share it with any other person.
• You must notify ibcbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• ibcbet staff will never request your password via any communication channel, including live chat or email.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device is free from malware, keyloggers, and other software that could compromise your account security.

ibcbet reserves the right to lock or suspend any account pending investigation where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

All financial transactions on ibcbet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following local payment methods: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. ibcbet does not accept cash transactions under any circumstances.

• Deposits: Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ibcbet targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though timelines may vary.

• In-play (live) bets are accepted at ibcbet's discretion. Network latency, connection issues, or delays on the User's end do not constitute grounds for voiding a confirmed in-play wager.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply per event, market, and product. These limits are displayed at the point of placing the wager and may be adjusted by ibcbet at any time without prior notice.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ibcbet's specific sport or product rules shall govern how affected bets are settled. Generally, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned unless rules specify otherwise.
• ibcbet's settlement decisions are final once confirmed by the relevant product's settlement engine. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the original settlement date.

ibcbet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible ibcbet accounts only. ibcbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, ibcbet employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — including palpable pricing errors — to generate profit. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting or gaming outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use ibcbet's Platform for any transaction related to illegal activity.
• Registering using false information, assuming another person's identity, or opening accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

All content on the ibcbet Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of ibcbet or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the ibcbet Platform or its content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ibcbet's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibcbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence;
• Errors or delays in odds feeds, live scores, or event data provided by third-party data suppliers.

ibcbet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to ibcbet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ibcbet may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• ibcbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme;
• Regulatory requirements, legal obligations, or compliance mandates necessitate account closure;
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination, any pending bets already confirmed prior to suspension will generally be settled in accordance with normal rules. Any undisputed balance remaining in a closed account — after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeitures — will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.
